Return policy

  • All our products  have a 7-Day Money Back Guarantee, and all items purchased within 7 days can be returned for a refund.

  • All products especially screen guards  should be returned without any damage for the products . Damage products will not be accepted or refund is not possible .

  • Some products are unable to be exchanged. However, you are able to return the unwanted item(s) for a refund and place a new order for the desired item(s).

  • Must include a valid original purchase order invoice and number from jusmobiles.com with packaging and products intact (i.e as it was delivered to you).

  • Returned products must be in their original packaging without any missing contents.

  • Customer will be given a Product Refund but shipping & handling fees will NOT be refunded.

  • Customer has to bare the cost of shipping the products to our warehouse.

  • The returns will only be proceed after the products are received at our warehouse with original packaging and contents as it was delivered.

  • * Promotional/Free Products: All promotional or free products are not eligible for Returns, Exchanges, Refunds  or Warranties.

Same day delivery (T&C)
  • Orders should be placed before 4 pm for same day delivery.

  • Due to covid situations some products will not be able to deliver on the same day. Next day delivery will  be guaranteed.

Refund Policies
  • For Cash on Delivery orders, refunds will be processed to your bank account (via National Electronic Funds Transfer (NEFT))

  • As mentioned on Return policy the customer have to bear the shipping cost.

  • The products will be checked from the warehouse before shipping it to the customers , so refund of damaged products will be inspected  be replaced or refunded if possible otherwise there will be no refund or replacement .

  • Customers who made the payment through Credit/Debit card have to wait 5-7 working days to get the refund to your bank account .

  • Shipping charges for C.O.D orders will not be refunded.
